This morning as I was walking Schmuppy, I realized its important to live like we’re told we were dying, minus the focus on the dying, but to really be present and in love and gratitude for what’s before me. The bushes with all the white flowers, 10 feet high, athe way the sun was glistening thru them in the most beautiful way, etc. Also this morning I was listening to my favorite cd on the way to spin class, one that gets me revved up about the Law of Attraction and the power we hold as spiritual beings to create our own reality, as we are doing all the time anyway. And it hit me that we come to this earth to experience/to have experiences and we all differ in what we love and enjoy and that is the divinity of each of us. It’s wonderful, but as school dumbs down our creative and intuitive focus on what brings us joy and teaches us what we “should” learn, and put our energy into, we can forget what really makes us tick, who we really are, and why we really are here. What makes us tick is really what our gift is that we should share with the world, I believe. It goes further than that. We really have no business but to participate fully , 100% energy into what we love! Perhaps we have a job that we don’t love, most people have something in their life they must do or participate with to make money or a family member they must take care of etc that doesn’t bring them joy. Not saying to drop responsibility, but really take your energy when you can and focus on what you love. Remember all the things that energize you and then FIND WAYS TO DO THEM!! The more you pay attention and focus on what you love, the better, healthier and more energetic you feel! For me it’s dance, dance, dance. Love music too, nature, the water, the ocean, I could drink the whole ocean if I could I love it sooo much! I love to laugh and watch funny movies, and be innocent and play with children, and be healthy and help others! I love pampering myself and getting massaged, oh boy do I love to get massaged=) You get the point?! Remember what you love and really try and participate and make time for it! Life is about being in joy and sharing our love, it’s contagious, it’s hott! So attractive to be around people that take time to do what they love and be in joy and of course there is a direct correlation between people who pay attention to their joy and how much they have to share, I love to be around happy people. it’s our natural fuel. Find your joys and get on it! Whew !

So, I’ve really been realizing the impact of the energy you put behind what you say, and how much of a difference it makes. Words don’t really matter as much, it’s all about the energy put into it. Yesterday I was listening to a very overweight woman at the pool speak to her daughter about finding a toy at the bottom of the pool that the little girl couldn’t find. She just looked unhealthy and the way she was speaking she sounded absolutely drained and came across as if she was annoyed, telling her daughter with not one ounce of enthusiams to “just try,” like a sloth would say it, haha. But, I felt bad for the daughter, and imagined her mom having really been involved and excited to help her daughter and what a difference it would’ve made in the little girls energy and her excitement for the game. I experiment with this myself. And I find the main factor that influences the energy I emit to be my diet. When I eat really well and alive I have so much more energy to share with people. When I get into a rut of junk or eating less than par for what I am use to, I can’t offer that same energy. Energy is loveable, it’s always fun to be around people who speak enthusiastically about things, and share their energy. Especially when someone is present with us, listening to us and puting energy back into responses in conversations. I know I can think of a few people who are just a ton of fun to be around because they play with/off me a lot and are generous with their energy. Some people I think it’s easier for than others, or perhaps they were raised around family/friends like that, but it’s definitely something I want to strive to do. It’s all about love is really what it is. And the energy I’m speaking about has to be joy too. There’s so many ways to put energy into things come to think of it. I personally avoid all drama and try to not discuss anything that doesn’t bring me joy and I’ll tell my girlfriends sometimes that I just don’t want to talk about something if it has a negative connotation to it. It may piss them off/hurt their feelings temporarily but it’s important to only participate with joy. Joy brings more joy. So keep the energy up, no matter what it takes, get clear on what makes you feel the best, food, exercise, meditation, laughter, sex, haha, whatever! Keep energy up and share yourself with others….what a gift =)
